• Gather documented requirements and configuration from clients for system integration. • Perform system configuration and development as defined on the clients’ requirements.• Set up test and system environment to build deployment, performance test data and scripts. Design, develop, customize or enhance system integration solutions based on modern approach like API or web services using HTML, Java, etc. Provide technical expertise (i.e. system features, functionality, capabilities, data file requirements, database structure, data migration, etc.) on the project at-hand and acting as liaison with the internal team during the integration up to the rollout or system launch.• Prepare performance test plans for new system releases including tracking and reporting on key performance metrics.• Work with the relevant departments to coordinate and resolve data, performance or functional issues during product integration phase.• Provide weekly reports or data extracts of clients’ integration status to support business analysis.• Participating in status meeting with the ability to escalate issues and identify risks. Post-implementation technical assistance to troubleshoot and resolve integration errors.

• Assisting the Project Manager/Project Leader in project implementation of software application.• Prepare and complete timely project updates to ensure accuracy and maintenance of all project documentations.• Collaborate with the consulting and R&D teams to determine how products and services could be made or modified to suite the clients' needs. Provides professional consulting services in the areas of product and services, customization, business process, complex custom reports and special projects as related to implementation effort. • Analyze exiting client systems, interface requirement, business process and operational needs.
