After working in a wide array of industries at varying levels in each, I have learned that three things lead to success. Teamwork, Tenacity, and Trust.Throughout my career I have always been drawn to puzzles. Whether they're the typical table top puzzle, or logic puzzles. In hindsight, it just makes sense that I'd end up as a Software Engineer. A career of solving puzzles? Naturally.The analytical training that I've had over the years has only made me better at solving puzzles; that coupled with a proven track record of listening and understanding the needs of the customer puts me in an ideal position to create unique efficient solutions. I've found the best solutions can be found when you approach a problem from multiple angles working with a team that values modular and well notated development.I thrive in an environment that promotes a strong team culture and promotes getting to know the people you work with. A good team, one that communicates well and understands each other, is a team that can accomplish great things. I've been fortunate in my career to be a part of several teams like that, and there are few things better than being excited to wake up in the morning to work more with your team.I've participated in and constructed teams like this online and in person, and in my experience...if the desire for the team is there then distance is no obstacle.
