Based in Maryland, this project had a state-based goal of spending more than 4.5 million dollars and completion prior to end of July of the same year. This project needed to be complete prior to a rate case submission in August. The project, and its general contractor, had to adjust to work safely in accordance with the CDC Pandemic Guidelines while maintaining the schedule and timing of all field activities. This was key to accomplishing the full scope on budget and on time. The project met the inclusion timeline for the rate filing, which can only be done every three years. All goals set by client, financial and project status, were met. The project was in normal service as directed by the deadline provided.
