I am a Managing Associate in Orrick's Washington, D.C. office, where I defend and counsel corporate and individual clients in various litigation and government enforcement matters. I have extensive experience defending clients in the financial services industry before federal and state regulators, including matters initiated by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), the Federal Reserve Board, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and state regulators. I also defend businesses in high-stakes class actions and complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts involving claims related to financial products and services, data security, and consumer protection statutes. I maintain an active pro bono practice, with a particular focus on criminal justice reform.
