As Operations Leader for the CTO organization at Tekion, I oversee and optimize operational activities to drive efficiency, quality, and scalability across the CTO organization. I work closely with the CTO leadership team and their respective organizations, including Product Management, Engineering, Platform, and Programs and Delivery, to track profitability of each product and program to ensure they comply with operational targets, track organization KPIs to ensure objectives are met and that they align with organizational goals, oversee programs to drive cost savings and operational efficiencies, and provide timely and accurate CTO organization reporting to Senior Leadership

Developing the organization, tools, process, and strategy for our Baker Hughes Global Engineering Services organization. Our focus is customer engagement, deployment, and configuration of web hosted, Cloud based, Asset Performance Monitoring Software for Oil and Gas applications.

Responsible for leading Tool & Process productivity projects for the M&C technology organization. Establish Mechanical CAD strategic direction and initiatives for the M&C business. Lead the Model Based Design (MBD) initiative, develop best practices, and work instructions for the Model Based Design, Model Based Enterprise initiative for M&S/Digital Solutions. Provide direction and leadership for several SAP PLM projects, Manage Vendor relationship with key CAD software, Solidworks.

Direct Material Manager – Responsible for driving Strategic vision for the engineering productivity effort across the Optimization and Control Business units worldwide (China, UK, Canada, and the US). Accounted for over $14.4M of savings in 2009.Direct Material Productivity Lead Bently Nevada – Responsible for leading the Engineering productivity effort at Bently Nevada. Achieved target savings for 2007was $2 Million dollars of direct Material Savings. Established DMP targets and project deck for 2008 target of $2.8M dollars.
