After 1 year was promoted to another depart called Special services • Updating Customers on there status of Shipments on a daily basis for both Import and Export.• Arrange Import collection as per the customers request at any part of the world in that where There is no TNT network; we use other agents for pickup.• Handles all Shpt that require Special handling ie DG and Perishable and live science.• Ensures on time pickups of all shipments.• Prepare all shipments for proper dispatching.• Ensure that all shipments booked for various airlines meet individual airlines rules, regulations, and packing policies.
