Current• Oversee the life, direction, and growth of the campus, aligning staff and leadership teams with the church’s mission, vision, and values under the guidance of the Senior Pastor. • Model biblical priorities by fostering a personal relationship with Christ, demonstrating integrity and character, and actively participating in church activities and ministries. • Champion the church’s vision through strategic planning, team coordination, and goal execution, while monitoring key metrics such as attendance, participation, baptisms, and volunteer engagement to drive community transformation. • Deliver engaging, relevant, and biblical weekly messages, complemented by creative worship experiences designed to inspire and educate diverse audiences. • Provide pastoral care through counseling, officiating weddings, funerals, baptisms, and child dedications, ensuring a compassionate connection with congregation members. • Plan and execute worship experiences with excellence, leveraging strong communication, decision-making, and relational skills to enhance the spiritual and community impact of each service.
