Ron Ajel has been working in the Architecture & Construction industry for 10+ years in a variety of positions, including design, field construction, preconstruction, and estimating.Ron has experience in project management, construction estimating, construction administration, employee training, BIM modeling and a variety of digital drafting, modeling, and rendering programs. He possesses skills in diverse computer programs/online platforms and is readily able to self-teach himself new programs. He is a graduate of Syracuse University's Bachelor of Architecture program. Ron's work experience includes core/shell projects, K-12, higher education, multi- and single-family residential, lab and office tenant improvements. He enjoys the professional collaboration between construction and design and has had successful involvement in all project stages, from concept design through closeout.
