Ron graduated from California College of the Arts in 2021 with a BFA in Interaction design and a AA in graphic design in 2018. In his practice, he includes elements of systems thinking and design strategy as means to deliver better experiences, for new or innovating products. Serving the community as an optician for 12 years, he learned the value of creating experiences for service. Building trust in customer relationships has developed his practice of empathy and communication. These experiences became guiding principles of making people happier around him.Ron as a UX design brings many solutions to the table, as his thoughts are always being able to provide value for people's lives, professional or personal. When placed in a position of influence, he will be able to bring design thinking and a customer center focus in whatever system he is working in, to identify a leverage point for change, creating business value.As a mentor, he believes that his experience is not unique as there are many future designers who are also looking for their big break. Thorough personal journey, mindset and experience he was able to achieve his goals. Through this experience he decided to share his time with others who are also committed in pursuing their dreams in mentorship.
