Since late 2008, I have successfully provided capitol project estimates, procured contractors to build new stores around the world and redefined the processes which we use to complete these tasks.The level of complexity in building an American retail store in a foreign country is significant. Challenges present themselves at every stage of the process from conceptual budgeting, purchasing and logistics of owner supplied materials and locating and qualifying the best available contractors.
