Being an inventor with over four dozen patents has also allowed me to gain experience managing patent portfolios and create IP strategies, as well as identifying white-space opportunities for offensive and defensive purposes.Team development and individual mentoring are activities that I find very rewarding, with skills enhancement, improved Team dynamics and succession planning the reward.
