For my former employer, Inditex, my general responsibilities were:• Analyze local markets and sites for possible locations• Hire and coordinate local architects, consultants and general constructors• Study and adapt premises to local requirements, including restrictions from local authorities and landlords• Redesign/value engineering of the original project , customizing it to the actual characteristics• Follow up of materials delivery, shipments, overall logistics and work execution • Plan and control thoroughly the costs of the project• Full responsibility for the opening of the new premisesAs a Free Lance Architect, I am open to new challenges, a part of the Retail market in which I have been working for the last 25 years; and so, I arrived to the Hospitality world. My 1st job in this field was to work as a PM in the refurbishment of a hotel in Corfu, Greece, where I could us my skills as an architect by redefining the facades of the several buildings, as well as working on the Landscape of the entire property.
