CurrentCoordinate, conduct and support pipeline safety inspections and audits. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal pipeline safety regulatory requirements associated with operations throughout the United States.Coordinate and participate in applicable DOT, and State Agency pipeline safety audits/inspections.Coordinate written responses to regulatory agencies pipeline safety audit/inspection.Responsible for reviewing proposed federal, state, and municipal pipeline safety legislation and regulations and providing feedback to management as to the impact that new law/regulations will have on the company's compliance requirements, standards, and procedures.Recommend changes to applicable procedures through the MOC/ADC process to remain in compliance with regulatory requirements.Conduct annual Business Unit procedure reviews.Assist in collection and review of data associated with KM’s annual report filing to the applicable federal, and state pipeline safety programs.Participate in Business Unit Emergency Release Notification Team – on call 24/7.Participate in Business Unit Emergency Response when requested - liaison with federal, state, and municipal pipeline safety agencies.
