Full redesign of KLM's web infrastructure to enable's KLM/AF needs for robustness, time-to-market, business dedication, growth.

Responsible for operations and projects on Unix and Unix middleware platform.Restructuring of the Unix group in working methods and organization.Transformation to standardized production on a internal cloud concept based on Logical Partions (LPARs) and SAN with short delivery times. Consolidation of Unix production. Integration of decentral operation group. Creation of a web-technology group.

Management of various projects varying in size from a 4 to 15 persons, 150 k - 1 mio euro's, a few month to 1,5 years. Amongst them:- realisation (design and build) of middleware tool- complete IT infrastructure of KLM OCC building- prep phase of email outsourcing- world wide deployment of standardised office automation networks to 120 offices- network redesign and implementation for Computer Centre migrationAlso several project audits were done during this period and contributions to KLM's project management tooling.
