With Mindaffect, we have developed a Brain Computer Interface (BCI) that allows locked-in patients, who are fully paralyzed as a result of ALS or a brainstem stroke for example, to communicate again by controlling a computer with their brain signals. Further down the road, we want to open up our BCI through a Development Kit. Our team works on the cutting-edge of artificial intelligence and neuroscience. MindAffect was spun-out of the renowned Donders Institute of the Radboud University Nijmegen in September 2017.
