During a couple of weeks a year I had the pleasure to train students of the Human Resource Management Bachelor of the Hogeschool Utrecht in communicative skills, intercultural communication skills, negotiation skills,communication skills, and professional Human Resource Management skills, like recruitment skills, casemanagement skills and sick leave management skills.

Designing and deliver training with Human Development programs on personal performance, communication, networking, job skills, behavioral self management, etcetera, for clients that(temporarily) depended on social welfare benefits.

Training and personal coaching in the field of Human Resource Development with this commercial training and coaching organization.I was also responsible for my own acquisition of new customers for custom made training programs. I trained and coached on:Personal Performance;Sales Performance &Leadership Performance; sales skills, communication skills, time management skills, personals skills. I found that training and coaching can only be effective if the change of attitude and skills were in lign with the company strategy and culture. Just letting people participate in a training to 'solve their shortcomings' will not work! That's why I shifted my focus from training to a wider perspective of Human Resource Development and Human Resource Management Strategy.

I trained them to look at their situation from different angles. This gave them new perspectives.
