Client: TKS Industrial Company During my tenure at Construction Consulting Service, I had the opportunity to lead safety operations for a major Paint Shop project with industry giant Honda, a $400M paint shop construction project, where I was responsible for the well-being of over 300 tradespeople. This role taught me the importance of clear communication and adaptability in managing safety across large-scale, multi-faceted projects. I was responsible for designing project-specific safety policies and conducting root cause analyses to continuously improve our safety protocols.

Client: Poynter Sheet Metal In another significant project, I took charge of safety for a $10M paint shop installation. This complex undertaking involved overseeing the installation of various critical components, including supply and recycle air houses, heated flash-off units, and intricate duct systems while managing the safety of 80+ skilled tradespeople working on these advanced HVAC installations was both challenging and rewarding.I implemented comprehensive safety measures, from leading detailed Job Hazard Analyses to conducting daily pre-shift meetings. One of the most exhilarating aspects of this project was planning and executing high-risk helicopter and crane lift operations. These experiences reinforced my belief in the power of meticulous planning and constant vigilance in maintaining a safe work environment.
