This position reports directly to the Owner of the company. The position works directly with the Operational VP and Managers to accomplish HSE goals, reduce company risk and liability. The position provides direction on continued development and improvement of the HSE programs, culture and systems. The position also interfaces with regulators and customers for the purpose of improving communication and issue resolution.

Reports to US Region EHS Manager. This position works directly with Area Superintendents and Divisional Managers to accomplish operational and EHS goals. • Managed HSE Concerns for 2 major oil and gas fields (Eagle Ford & Wolf Camp)• 2011 TRIR was 0.00, Contractor TRIR is 0.9 for operations in my area of responsibility• Accountable for spill and emissions activities• Responsible for implementation of HSE system in startup operations• Lead for conduction process hazard analysis of new operations components• Currently supports: Engineering, Construction, Drilling, Completion, and Production activities• In 2011 I was accountable for safety and environmental performance in the construction of five central oil processing units and in field gathering systems, over 180 miles of DOT pipeline.• In 2011 I was accountable for the safety and environmental performance of over 60 wells from pad construction through drilling, completion and production.

Senior management position reporting to Global Operational Excellence Manager and worked directly with V.P. and Director Levels of organization to accomplish agreed upon goals.• Managed an annual budget over 5 million dollars. • Responsible for the performance of; Pressure Pumping (Frac), Cementation, Chemical Manufacturing, Sand Control, Drilling Mud Manufacturing, Coiled Tubing, R&D and Well Treating businesses in Canada, US, Mexico, South America and Middle East.• Direct Reports to this position included; Global IMS Manager, US Environmental Manager, US Safety Manager and indirect reports in international countries. • Developed and implemented an Integrated Management System for business groups (ISO 9000, ISO 14000, OSHAS 18000 and ISO 17024 compliant and certified)• Responsible for US Environmental Compliance program including permitting processes (Standard and PBR process)• Developed and Implemented Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) processes for all business segments.• Supported the due diligence and acquisition process multiple times. • Primary HSE responsibility in the construction and permitting of two multi-million dollar chemical manufacturing facilities.
