Applies previous aviation and program management experience to prepare complex technical presentations to senior managers. Works across NAVAIR and OPNAV program offices and competencies to coordinate and gain consensus on concepts and complex proposals. Coordinates across IPTs within the Program Office to define capability requirements to propose solutions to near- and long-term capability gaps. Applies working knowledge and innovative thought for OPNAV and NAVAIR staff functions to effectively propose and apply technologies to close capability gaps.
