Coordinated and scheduled the 2 week training schedule, organized travel, ensured minimum training standards were met, scheduled makeup training, and provided communication with 5 different support agencies to provide for any other needs of the battalions and companies.

Fort Leonard Wood, Mo

Tracked and planned for over 200 National Guard and Reserve units and the training of over 15000 personnel to support overseas operationsreviewed and submitted reports to Headquarters 3 echelons above providing expert analysis, storyboards and tracking to General Officers. Had overall responsibility for the scheduling, management, supervision, and well being of 3 shifts of officers and senior sergeants totaling 24 personnel conducting 24 hour operations. Responsible for managing all routine and emergency operations throughout the brigade. Served as the clearing house for all communication among all the training and support organizations.

Afghanistan And Baumholder, Germany

Responsible for tracking and managing all Engineer projects in the 170th Infantry Brigade Combat Team. Managed construction, operations, maintenance, deconstruction, planning, and contracting all while in an austere environment in Afghanistan. Provided scope of work and QA/QC for the deconstruction of three Forward Operating Bases in Afghanistan. In Germany provided engineer expertise, produced operations orders, and managed the brigade events calendar.

Baumholder, Germany And Afghanistan

Responsible for the morale, welfare, training, and mission accomplishment of over 120 personnel and their families. Selected above three other companies to be attached to an infantry battalion and operate autonomously. Secondary responsibility to serve as the battalion engineer expert. In Afghanistan conducted hundreds of missions of multiple type to include route clearance, forward operating base construction, security, training of local nationals, provide border security, NATO. Served as the NATO regional route clearance asset supporting operations in multiple provinces throughout northern Afghanistan. Planned missions directly with NATO allies from both Germany and Belgium. Trained the Afghan Border Police in customs and security.

Fort Leonard Wood, Mo

Managed day to day operations of the US Army Engineer school under the direction of the Engineer School Chief of Staff. Managed the calendar, prepared meetings, and briefed General Officers on operations. Served as an escort for foreign dignitaries and high ranking military officials from several countries to include Turkey, Japan, Oman, Belgium, and Germany. Served as the subject matter expert for knowledge management for the school. Administered and trouble shot secret level video teleconferencing with NATO allies on multiple continents simultaneously. While assigned to the school attended the Captain's Career Course and Graduate school simultaneously earning Civil Engineering Master's Degree in a semester and a half.

Macdill Afb, Tampa, Fl

Under the supervision of the Central Command J4 Engineer, developed and refined plans for the future organizational and resourcing structure for the Engineer branch of the army. Reviewed and updated doctrine, streamlined operations, and de-conflicted redundant actions between multiple branches of the army such as the use of service dogs between engineers and military police. Supported J4 Engineer on multiple conferences at Central Command forward headquarters in Qatar.

Fort Leonard Wood, Mo

Responsible for all the logistics of relocating B Company, 94th EN BN assets from Vilseck, Germany to Fort Leonard Wood, MO. Served as the overall Unit Movement Officer for the battalion as well. Responsible for QA/QC of all railhead and port movements of equipment worth well over $100m. Scheduled training events, equipment draws, and supported the commander in order to develop the new deployable unit in the new location.

Iraq And Vilseck, Germany

Responsible for the morale, welfare, training, and mission accomplishment of over 40 personnel and their families. Supervised the construction of a combat outpost in Sinjar, Iraq. Built a 6 km long 10 ft high berm along with two entry control points, conducted site sanitation. Entry Control point was struck by a vehicle born improvised explosive device and multiple rockets yet protected those managing it and the thousands of service people inside. Supervised the construction of combat outpost in Rawah, Iraq. Constructed a 10km berm while receiving mortar fire from local militias. Conducted the construction 24hrs a day for 60 days straight through sandstorms and continued hostilities with no injury or loss of life and minimal construction equipment damage. Designed and built a reinforced CMU block detention facility on Forward Operating Base Diamondback, in Mosul, Iraq using indigenous materials. Constructed a second floor walkway for guard observation. Detention facility had complete life support to include indoor plumbing, power, HVAC and sewage. Facility was also designed to be completely impervious to tampering by the prisoners removing any access they have to screws, hinges, or breakable materials.
