• Responsible for the Department of Communication and Marketing of the company, composed of coordinators, Community Managers, graphic designers and assistants.• Management of the company's communication initiatives, including internal and corporate communication, as well as marketing strategies aligned to commercial plans.• Management, supervision and negotiation with suppliers of various kinds, for the design and implementation of communication projects, such as: media, graphic, audiovisual producers and promotional materials, agencies, among others.• Development and distribution of communication content, among these: publications, press releases, web content, reports, speeches, commercial presentations, among other communication materials necessary.• Management of internal communication of the company with campaigns and activities aimed at improving work climate and strengthening organizational culture.• Identification and traceability of risks of reputation and corporate image, as well as development
