With 18+ years in the telecommunication space you can say that telecom is a bit of a passion of mine, not just my "job". Getting a start in the early days of VoIP to running the operations for a mobile core enabling global roaming for IoT devices, I've run interconnection projects of many different types. I've had the opportunity to add a wide range of abilities to my profile, including SIP/RTP troubleshooting, 2G/3G/4G mobile connectivity experience and creating/maintaining IoT SIM card profiles among others.Along the way I've have discovered the joy of helping customers achieve their needs and overcome obstacles that are not always easy to understand without a large amount of experience. Recently I've been working on SIM profiles and testing for IoT devices while simultaneously owning the operations of roaming and IPX partners. With a history of progressing operational teams from a one-man-show to a global team with round the clock coverage, I enjoy working with partners from around the world.Overall, I've made a habbit out of merging the old world of telecom with the needs of new and modern companies, having a lot of fun while doing so.
