After close to 3 decades in the industry and the last 8 years spent growing a local start up company as Head of Creatives, conceptualising full campaigns involving print, web design, branding and events, I am now looking for more and new challenges for the future.I always pride myself on being able to bring the creativity and unadulterated passion to the full menu of advertising. To encourage my team to start from a clean sheet of paper and not to rehash but give a strong individual character and an interaction to every concept whilst not losing the essence of the brand. My invaluable experience had been gained from working with numerous MNCs creating successful print, digital and branding campaigns for various industries such as Finance, Electronics, Telecomunications, Insurance, Government, Auto, Hotels, Petroleum and IT across APAC.I have always been able to work either alone or in tandem with the business side to grow the company and as such have come to understand the intricacies of being firstly a creative and also a suit. Just like a method actor, I can absorb myself into multiple roles and will go in-depth to thoroughly understand the brands and clients I work with. This leads to offering the best advice and ultimately a targeted and successful campaign that provides exciting experiences each and every time for the specific consumer groups. With this comes a need to change the misguided belief that data supersedes creativity. Consume it and not let it consume the objective. My 'idealogy' has always been about the 'Big Idea' and breaking it down to it's simplest form and making it digestible for the target audience which lead to ROIs. Returns On Ideas.With the knowledge of being there from the birth to growing a company, to building the essential infrastructure of strong relationships with suppliers, trusting partherships with clients and the respect of my colleagues, I will always bring an absolute advantage and passion to each creative task ahead.
