The portfolio consisted of Homewood Suites and Home2 Suites by Hilton, Staybridge Suites and Candlewood Suites by IHG, MainStay Suites and Suburban Extended Stay by Choice Hotels. The firm grew from $5M to over $250M in assets under management in eight states mainly through ground-up hotel development and targeted single asset acquisitions. From our founding I had the privilege of building and leading an exceptional team of hospitality veterans who operated wonderful hotels comprised of 350 cherished team members who loved serving guests. This award-winning, one-of-a-kind team aspired to be the greatest operator of extended stay hotels in the world.Generation operated a diverse portfolio of quality extended stay hotel assets exceeding $250,000,000 in market value and $50,000,000 in revenue, comprising 27 properties, over 2900 rooms involving over 350 team members. I was responsible for all functional areas of operations including; profit performance, property and facilities, operating and sales professionals, culture building, third-party management contract relationships, HR, training and performance management.
