Reporting to the Controller, full-cycle accountant for five home contractor companies generating $30M in revenues while managing one accountant. The companies provide water-proofing, foundation repair, roofing, gutter and insulation services. As directed by CFO, developed Standard Accounting Procedures for Cash Application, AP, Payroll, Asset Management, Revenue and Balance Sheet reconciliation, Monthly Closing procedures which were adopted company-wide. Provide financial analysis and make recommendations to Management, Sales, Logistics and Operations to improve efficiencies. Train newly hired accountants and complete projects as needed. Work with an outside auditor completing year-end review and tax filing.
