Rabigh Arabian Water and Electric Company – Independent Water Steam and Power Plant (IWSPP – 2 x 120MW) Phase II Project for Petro RabighResponsibilities:- Assigned at Steam Turbine Generation performing pre-commissioning loop tests of all analog and digital signals of the Turbine Control System including the Turbine Protection System (TPS) and Turbine Supervisory Instruments (TSI).- Interpret and review P&ID, Single Line Diagram, as well as logic and graphics of the DIASYS Netmation for monitoring of plant operations.- Logic diagram, graphics and loop plate modifications using DIASYS Netmation.- Loop testing of all types of field instruments/transmitters – YOKOGAWA, ROSEMOUNT, MASONEILAN (PT, DPT, LT, FT, RTDs, Thermocouple, Limit Switches, etc) using HART 475 Communicator, CA150 Calibrator and Multimeter.- Troubleshooting, limit switch adjustment and sequence testing of motorized valves (with AUMA actuators).- Calibration and Drive testing of Control Valves- Preparation of Erection Completion Checklist (ECC) Package and confirming all instruments included in each package using the P&ID- Assist in the preparation and carrying out of Burner Simulation Test, and Interlock Tests (Boiler, BFPT and Turbine).- Coordinating with other groups (Electrical, Mechanical among others) regarding testing schedules- Supervise and provide instructions to subcontractor personnel assigned to support I&C activities
