About Ron Kelley

Senior ITSM professional with experience in service desk, desktop and network support, as well as working in ITSM roles and environments, including more than ten years managing and leading teams. My previous and current roles in England and the U.S. have afforded me great opportunities to learn new technologies and skills, as well as work with and for inspiring people from all walks of life. I am ITIL (v.3 & v.4) Foundation as well as Intermediate (Continual Service Improvement and Service Operation) certified. As a 2021 graduate of Colorado State University - Global receiving a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership, my strong work ethic, team player\ team building qualities, and building great working relationships with colleagues and customers are qualities that I am very proud of.
