Work in a team environment with technical, financial, and management staff with the objective of tracking and controlling all contract financial activity.Conduct monthly meetings with Project Managers to review and update budgets and forecasts.Setup and maintain projects and work break-down structures in the Project module of the ERP system.Set up labor categories and prevailing wage tables and provide employees access for direct charging to projects. Monthly analysis of actual incurred cost and profit margins identifying any variances and at risk spending, improve efficiency, and optimize recourse allocation.Provide clear, timely, and accurate reporting to project management team on financial status of contracts of varying type, size, and complexity.Work with Project Management team and Accounting department to review project and cost containment, and on collection of outstanding Accounts Receivables.Respond to financial inquiries on contract value, contract modifications, funding, revenue, costing, hours, open commitments, and billing issues.Prepare and submit monthly invoices for all assigned contracts, including final and quick close-out invoices, and other supporting documents.Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, internal controls, and participate in audits, as required.Identify, oversee and mitigate risk.Analyze and evaluate schedule management involving the critical path method of scheduling techniques, estimating, project cost management, forecasting and document control.Analyze and prepare monthly reconciliations of unbilled/WIP by contract.Interact with project management to establish and maintain cost and revenue budgets, and forecasts to generate project EAC and ETCs.

Prepare and review month end reports.Process contribution reports received from client companies.Contact client companies regarding discrepancies.Reconcile employer financial reporting.Attach coverage information for medical, dental, vision, life, employee assistance programs, and disability plans to the employee/dependent records as required.Communicate extensively by phone, email and letter with client companies and covered members.Carrier Invoicing.Review and validate client data for accuracy.

Reconcile Payroll General Ledger entries.Responsible for paying TABC taxes every month.Sett up new products, close discontinues SKUs, and make necessary changes (FOB, freight,pricing, cost).Set up new customers, make updates to customer profiles, update TABC License information, and close/reopen NSF customer accounts.Maintain master file for Distributor Agreements.
