    (Intrado, formerly known as West IP Communications) I was the Contact Center as a Service portfolio leader with responsibility for the entire CCaaS product line, consisting of both Intrado-owned offerings and 3rd party solutions from Cisco and other supporting vendors. My focus in building this business was to grow revenue while rationalizing the portfolio, drive product investments in critical areas, and always make decisions based on facts with an eye on customer outcomes.• I led the North American launch of the Cisco HCS for Contact Center platform, and the global launch of the Webex Contact Center solution• I drove the decision making process in regards to investment in Intrado's internal contact center solutions, resulting in more effectively focused resources• I developed a new end-to-end solution launch process, with a heavy focus on full involvement of all parties across the organization, using executive sponsorship/buy-in to ensure participation• I brought in several CCaaS-related 3rd party vendors, negotiating partner agreements and providing ongoing partner management• I worked closely with sales engineering on all deals, ensuring full product alignment with the commitment and detailed pricing and margin analysis accuracy

    I was the Product Leader of a global, cross-functional team in the development and launch of the Cisco HCS-based Cloud Contact Center and IP Telephony solution. I delivered market and competitive analysis data along with product definitions including packaging, pricing, contractual documents, managed services offering and ongoing support. I also served as the pre-sales engineer for all opportunities, and was the primary respondent to numerous RFPs.• I relentlessly eliminated internal barriers to launch the new solution, which resulted in $6M in new customer revenue and a growing sales pipeline• I worked closely with sales and business development in creating standardized pricing, collateral, and TCO tools to enable the partner sales channel• I negotiated a migration Statement of Work for a “Top 10” internal client. This migration was successfully completed on time, ensuring retention of this critical customer• I negotiated the Indirect Channel Partner Agreement (ICPA) with Cisco for the HCS for CC solution
