Member of the Consumer Products Assurance division, primarily as a member of the engagement team that handled the Shake Shack IPO ($100M Offering). This process involved routine audit work but also contained elements related to S-1 preparation, comfort letter correspondence and model analysis.

Worked on the Audit team to complete testing, reviews, and finalization of financial statements of various clients. This process involved both interim and year-end work while ensuring that all client needs are met. Served dozens of clients in the Construction, Energy, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Technology industries. Our clients ranged in Revenues from $100M to $1B+, with each client provided with their own personalized services depending on their needs.

Performed fund analysis to calculate returns and prepare performance reports for internal purposes, and shareholder requests for funds totaling $100B+. During this process I also replied to any further inquiries from clients for customized reports and advice about future investment decisions. These same analytics were used to perform Bloomberg and Morningstar analysis to ensure that EV funds were being properly valued on these internationally used interfaces.

Participated in think-tank sessions to analyze investments and determine how to increase financial literacy throughout Boston and other investing communities. Also collaborated with colleagues to develop a beta version of a personalized trading platform.

Member of the Financial Services Alternatives (FSA) Tax team which compiled and completed corporate tax returns for many well-known hedge funds and venture capital firms. After analyzing their preliminary financials, I utilized software such as Microsoft Excel and Gosystems to create initial work-papers that would act as the initial steps to completing the returns.
