As a collaborator of the Training and Versatility Project, I was responsible for the review and development of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) and OPLs (One Point Lesson) at the bottling area. Preparation and 100% implementation of CIL (Cleaning, Inspection and Lubrication) standard at the bottling lines, as well updating and monitoring KPIs. Continuous reviewing of production capacity and methods enhancing process in order to fulfill production planning according to the S&OP.

During this period I was responsible for the Buffer Warehouse control (managed with zero stock discrepancy), day to day warehouse operations management and 100 % execution of shipment plans. Fulfilment of EEFO method (Early Expiry First Out) in compliance with the standard of quality and operations policies set by Coca Cola Femsa de Venezuela. Cycle counts, daily reconciliation of SKUs and daily record of all the transactions and transfer orders between warehouses on SAP

I was in charge of the coordination, monitoring and profitability of the transport and logisticoperations. Also I was responsible for the commercial management, achieving a 30% increase in the customer base. I was responsible for making service offerings to customers and establishment of operations parameters for freight processes, sales budgets review and follow up operating cost.

Responsible for leading the two first stages of the SAP/R3 implementation project at Metro de Valencia (Project preparation and business blue print). Elaboration and update of the business process procedures and users guides for implementation of SAP, training material preparation for implementation of SAP. Reviewing and acceptance of the MS project plan, roles and responsibilities, project chart and BBP.

Responsible for the development of facilities, equipment, tools and mold projects in the SBM (Stretch Blow Molding) area, as well as research into new trends in PET (polyethylene terephthalate). Managed and negotiated with local, regional and global suppliers, monitored WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and reviewed project cost. I was in charge of the Relocation Plant Project. I designed the new Plant lay-out and supervised the installation of piping and electrical facilities. Also I was responsible for the installation and startup of SBM Machines and support equipment at the new Plant.

I was responsible for controlling the finished goods wich were consigned to the General MotorsVenezolana manufacturer. Through an in-depth review and reconciliation of SKUs I eliminated the stock difference generated due the PPUP (Pay Per Unit Produced) scheme. Also I was in charge of stock management in the external Warehouses.
