Ronald was born in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia in October 10, 1967. He has three brothers and one sister. Their father, Mr. MacNeil was an international business man for AT&T and took his children all over the world as they grew up. His mother was an entrepreneur who enjoyed her own business in skin care. She also enjoyed teaching.Ronald's oldest brother had a learning disability, so at a young age Ronald learned compassion and understood accomplishments were tied to the individual not the task.Ronald was born in Nova Scotia, at the age of five moved to Panama Canal Zone. It was in Panama that Ronald was introduced to the cultures of the world. At this young age he was facinated with electrical equipment and in solving challenges. At the age of twelve he moved back to Canada. Due to his mother's health his father decided to move back to a warmer climate, they moved to St. Thomas in the USVI. This was another large adjustment, and a beautiful place to go to high school. It was here Ronald was introduced to Computers. After St Thomas his father was again relocated to Guam. Ronald spent time helping his Mother set up her Business. It was 1989 that he returned to the USA to persue his career. He spent the next 12 years in the electrical industry. It was not until his father was disabled with MS that he changed his career to the Computer Industry. In 2001 Ronald relocated to Jacksonville with the express purpose of helping the family with his father, now confined to a wheelchair. While taking care of his father and helping his mother with his care he decided to go back to college and change his vocation. It was during this time that Ronald started college to obtain a degree in Network Support Services and obtained his degree and his A+ certification. Ronald continued to make Jacksonville his base, but travelled extensively with Siemens. After many years with Siemens he decided to work for a local Business Megabytes Computers and Networking Inc.
