As an Equiptrainer we train and coach young leaders to be successfull in leading people. The training is based on the teachings of John Maxwell. John has an great influence on leaders all over the world. HIs Million Leader Mandate has allready met the target. In the Netherland we train many churchleaders.

Dominion Facilities ltd. is a facilitating company for the registration, editing and developing of live productions. We have the facilities to support our customers with getting their message recorded and produced. We have training facilities available for groups to 400 persons.

In this position I coordinate the flow of information for the reorganization process. Many reorganizations at the MOD have an impact on the SAP environment. It is therefore crucial that all parties have current information about the status and progress of the reorganizations.

In this function as projectleader I was responsible for a team of subject matter experts. This team has been added to the existing teams, that were working on the development of the SAP Education. The Subject Matters Experts are responsible for the description of the SAP processes. I was also responsible for the development of the SAP end user training. In time we will have app 15.000 end user working with SAP at the Ministry of Defense. Our Department has chosen UPK from Oracle as an E-learningtool and for the end user support. I was the content owner for all the SAP content made by UPK used for training and supporting the end users.

The members of the Oracle UPK CAB provide, outside-in thinking, continous feedback, and perspective on core business, industry, and technology, as well as other issues specific to their industry.

EduSol is a consulting company that delivers educational solutions to organizations. EduSol is specialized in setting up trainingprograms for endusers that need training due to the implementation of new software.

Adding value to the development processes through optimizing communications between departments in the SPEER project.

After graduating as a master of safety Health and Environment I became in 1998 the Coordinator for Working Conditions for the Royal Netherlands Navy. As the Arbo-coordinatori I was also the Projectleader for the development and implementattion of the Working Condition and Environmental Management System (Arbo- en milieumanagementsysteem) for the Royal Netherlands Navy. This system complied with the ISO 9001 and ISO 18001 standards.

During this function I graduaded as Master of Safety Health and Environment. At the Navalstaff in The Hague our Department was responsible for investigation the accidents that occured in the Royal Netherlands Navy.

As the Chief MEO I was responsible for the deployment of HNLMS Van Amstel. After the commisioning, I conducted the trials for the Mechanical Engineering Deparment together with the Ship Yard De Schelde.
