I started my banking carrier in 2012 as Management Trainee (TRP batch 3) and experienced various banking areas from Operation – Middle Office-Front liner for 1.5 year before finally stationed in Treasury Department until now. In Treasury Department, I help my client to solve their financial problem by providing forex and derivative solution. Besides the banking products, I also provide various tailor made services such as educating them about market condition, risk management, or even electronic trading platform for their convenient.Personally, I like to seek challenge and don’t want to get caught in the daily routine. I like to initiate various improvements in the dealing room to increase the efficiency (kaizen) because I believe by taking more responsibility, I also could learn much more. Just recently I've completed various projects and received several acknowledgements from the management team such as 1st place in Mini Kaizen Award, 3rd place in Mini Kaizen Award, Outstanding Performance in semester 2015(2), Operational Award, and Best Trainer Award.
