OBJECTIVE: To make the community feel that Rotary is a Service Organization of choice. Nobody should ask What ROTARY is all about? Enhance/Raise public image and awareness of Rotary. Publicize Rotary’s achievements and the Foundation’s 100-year record of Doing Good in the World.

The committee is tasked with making 10 provinces prepared to meet challenges brought about by typhoons, earthquakes, floods and other natural calamities. Two strategic action centers will be set up one in flood prone Laguna Province and another in the Bicol Region which has been visited by typhoons. The honor was bestowed by Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities (PACU) President Dr. Gonzalo T. Duque, Llb. Ed.D. in consideration of Atty. Calayan's efforts as President of Calayan Educational Foundation, Inc. and as PACU Secretary in 2008-2009. Dr. Duque was also Lyceum-Northwestern University's President.

The non-stock non profit corporation was put up by professionals who are members of the Tau Gamma Phi, a fraternity that is based in the Philippines. It is involved in charitable activities and seeks other professionals who are also members. It is also involved in the Anti Hazing movements and liaised with other fraternities to this end.

To the law offices belong Attys. Deanna Maria Rachel and Clara Maria Beatriz both surnamed Calayan. They are my daughters. As their father I aim to mold them as bright, hard working and brave attorneys-at-law.
