• Responsible for developing new markets and customers, Logistics, Procurement and Negotiation strategies for logistics services in the domestic and international markets; directly involved with key and corporate accounts.• Development, negotiation and contracting of suppliers for the domestic and international markets; • Negotiating of long term contracts for national and international logistics services; ocean freight (Flexitank (dry container) – export/import & by cabotage, truck transport, storage (package & liquids), surveyors, returnable package & reverse logistics, customs clearance services providers, leasing and rental dry containers, Flexitank Stock Control, Flexitanks Storage, Fitting, Cross Pump, Disposal, Trucking.

Strategic position in charge of developing new markets, target for the main Brazilian accounts, sales forecast, containerization action plans focused on break bulk commodities, marketing plans, pricing desks and budgets. Moreover, also responsible for developing, monitoring and following through the strategy per commodity to remain the largest and most recognized reefer container carrier in Brazil.Ensure optimization of vessel plugs on a countrywide basis, assuring priority is given to the highest paying and contractual cargo.

Responsible for negotiating contracts with the major accounts in Brazil, as well as for the development of imports and intermodal and defining strategy, KPI's and goals for the team to reach volume, revenue, market share and profitability budgets.

Full responsibility for branch operations (commercial and administration) and for the team of sales management in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. In charge of sales and customer import/export services (dry and reefer cargo) and monitoring and attending the main commodities (poultry, tobacco, resin, rice and footwear).
