I have the opportunity to be a part of an amazing team that have been doing the most amazing Craft Beer Festivals in the UK for 5 years.We go to different cities and each one has different suppliers but my role is always the same, to ensure that the entire production (build, sessions and packdown) happen smoothly and on schedule.

Mentoring:Our team is almost completely composed by volunteers, that come from a variety of backgrounds and skills levels. I look after Sound Team, teaching those who have small or no knowledge and sharpening experienced individuals to achieve the team's purpose. I am also one of the Sound engineers.

The company has a large umbrella of events, from music to corporate, bespoken displays and standard packages. My role was to look after the inventory doing preventive and corrective maintenance to a certain level. I had opportunity to interact with costumers and suppliers and to deal with equipment logistics and fleet maintenance.I was also one of the techs going to locations when needed.

Oval Space is a vibrating and versatile venue which facilitates a variety of events. Club nights, seminars, weddings, festivals, photo/video shoots are a few examples, and in all of them we had different challenges which was a daily learning process but extremely pleasant to participate in. Working closely with clients and suppliers was a big part of every day and sharpened my ability to ensure that obligatory rules and regulations were followed while the clients needs were also met.My duties as Sound Technician included but were not limited to:-Mix FOH/Monitor for Bands, DJ or conferences;-Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipments and premises;-To make cables: XLR, NLT8, NLT4, NLT2, CAT5, CAT6, EP5, soca, power cables.Experience with Midas consoles digital and analog, PRO1, PRO2, Venice 320 and D&B sound system and R1 software.My duties as venue technician include but are not limited to: -Set up the venue for the client and his requests. (Stage, Furniture, Bar, Power supply );-Plan ahead to be able to meet deadlines;-Be prepared to make key decisions under pressure;-Effective time management;-Constantly checking regarding Health and Safety, guiding suppliers and clients on site to ensure that all the requirements of the law are followed. -Preventive and corrective maintenance of premises and equipment. I was also a Fire Marshal and First-aider.

I am a coffee enthusiast so I searched for the opportunity to work in the industry.Coffee on Ground was a division of Debenhams corporation and was located at the flagship store at Oxford Circus. During my time there I was nominated employee of the month twice among the 2000+ employees in that store and I was made head of baristas.Some of my daily activities were:-Run the shift, 25 employees;-Being the connection between staff and company;-Supporting costumer service;-Payroll;-ROC and RTW forms; -Make orders from the suppliers;-Check deliveries and deal with any discrepancy;

-Costumer service;-Hire and support the team during daily projects;-Order supplies;-Preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery, vehicles and equipment;

Our main costumer was automotive industry.-Developed 3D projects of plastic injection mold. SolidWorks and AutoCad;-2D drawing;-Costumer service to discuss projects;-Site visits to clients companies;-Support mold construction;

I started in the company as Head of Production, overseeing the construction process of industrial automation lines from 2D project to after sale. Later on I joined the engineer team working inside Whirlpool S/A as a draftsman for the factory lay-out sector.
