- Identify opportunities in the existing process to improve process efficiency and working capital in Retail Business.- Ensure timely and seamless delivery of global and local projects thru a robust project governance- Ensure effective process integration including KPI/metrics with other relevant cross functional teams

- Manage the stability of stock reconciliation process and communicate any changes therein.- Monitor adherence to and effectiveness of control operations governing inventory management. - Prepare and report monthly KPI results to business partners. And discuss trends and plan resolutions to close gaps.- Support analysts on various continuous improvement projects, migration projects and technical issues.- Act as Retailer Billing Department Main Focal for all communications and initiatives surrounding End-User Computing (EUC).- Supervise weekly virtual knowledge sharing for a single entity.- Attend and steer bi-monthly cluster leadership meetings.- Perform audit of control operated by other sub-processes in Retailer Billing Department.- Assist Team Manager for various administrative tasks.

- Daily monitoring of completeness of inventory interface documents and escalation of all issues associated to it.- Daily processing of all error logs appeared in RMS to ensure correctness of site and tank configurations in GSAP-CWR module.- Daily analysis of out of threshold discrepancies between calculated and confirmed deliveries. In line is timely escalation and request for any necessary corrections by OTD team.- Perform period-end activities for stock accounting to ensure completeness of physical stock data and its reconciliation with book stock data, and to generate meaningful stock adjustment entries.- Analyze and determine root-causes of period-end stock adjustment entries thru a Monthly Variance Report and discuss such to Retail Finance Team for later's approval and control sign-off.- Keep track and report status of all outstanding issues from Monthly Variance Report thru an Aging Report to ensure its timely resolution and closure.- Safeguard control evidences essential for occasional walkthroughs of internal and external auditors.- Acted as team's super-user for process changes, migrations, technical issues and retrofits. This includes updating Control Operating Procedures / Work Instructions.

- Prepare monthly billing statement to corporate division tenants.- Verify and make allocation of all payments received prior its posting by Cashier Department.- Create a monthly Aging of Accounts Receivable for reporting to Billing Manager. In line, initiate collection or dispute for past due accounts. And create entry for provision for bad debts accounts.- Prepare monthly consolidated tenants’ deposit status report for all leasing divisions to ensure it is updated and reconciled with records in the accounting system.- Prepare comparative monthly revenue analysis and discuss its trend to Billing Manager.- Create monthly and quarterly SAWT for VAT and ITR purposes. And reconcile creditable withholding tax account.- Create quarterly audit schedules of rental income and creditable withholding tax accounts.- Create debit memo, credit memo, and journal vouchers necessary for the accuracy and completeness of all revenue related transactions.- Verify and reconcile all fixed and variable charges for new and existing tenants to ensure its alignment with lease contract.- Monitor post-dated checks for land and houses division and make necessary adjusting journal entries for bounced checks.
