Reporting to the RA Manager, responsible for managing the plant hygiene program to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements, and ensure food safety across the company operations. Also responsible for the provision of technical support to the operations and coordination of the plant environmental monitoring program, evaluation of alternative technologies and method development.

Reporting to the QC Section Manager, responsible for routine and specialized microbial analyses, from ensuring compliance to food safety specifications of incoming raw materials and packaging, release of in-process and finished goods according to customer and regulatory standards, conduct of environmental monitoring program to verify effectiveness of the plant’s food safety management programs. Leads the team in achieving the department Key Performance Index (KPI) targets in support to Manufacturing and SCM operations and realize continuous improvement of processes.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, responsible in ensuring raw material inspection, process and product monitoring, physico-chem and sensory evaluation of finished products, ensures sanitary assessment of the plant’s environmental and processing equipment, as well as the evaluation of plant personnel’s compliance to hygienic practices by supervising the day-to-day operations of the QA Inspectors during the assigned shift.

Reporting to the QA/QC Dep’t. Head, responsible in ensuring that the products produced are within company established quality specifications in order to meet customer satisfactions through consistent monitoring and compliance to Interbev Quality Standards and cGMP from raw materials to finished products during the assigned shift.

Reporting to the QA Manager, responsible for performing routine and non-routine microbiological sampling and analyses of all raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, finished products, water and environmental samples. Performed other QA functions like GMP audit, water testing and monitoring among others. Reporting to the QA Supervisor, responsible for the conduct of routine and non-routine sampling, inspection and physico-chemical analyses for incoming raw and packaging materials acceptance.

Reporting to the QA Manager, primarily responsible for the conduct of routine, non-routine and troubleshooting microbiological testing of all dairy and non-dairy raw materials, in-process and finished products. These includes all of Alaska Milk Corporation products, which include UHT-processed evaporated filled milk and chocolate milk drink, fruit drinks, canned milk products such as sweetened condensed milk, evaporated filled milk, and powdered filled milk among others. AMC also toll manufactures products such as Del Monte Tomato Sauce, Magnolia Fruit Drinks, Minola Cooking Oil, Nestlé Alpine Full Cream Milk, Hershey’s Chocolate Milk Drink and Lactum Sweet Milk and Chocolate Milk Drinks among others.
