Report to the District President (South America) and Global Procurement Manager (Israel)and Operations Director (USA);Responsible for ECSA port operations, including the negotiations with port terminals, feedercompanies, cabotage, barges to/from River Plate and Asuncion/PY, towage companies andpilotage of the five regular weekly services to/from Caribbean & US Gulf, ECNA,Mediterranean and Far East ports; involving more than USD 25 Million per year in contracts with service providers.Responsible for analyzing and approval of project cargoes and/or dangerous goods.

- Report to the CEO, with responsibility for East Coast South America's budget, including 6 own offices and more than 60 employees.- Direct negotiation of contracts and services with shipowners, port operators, terminals, tugboat companies, carriers, warehouses, both for the companies of the group, and for the represented shipowners, having significantly reduced direct and indirect costs;- Representation of shipowners in meetings with business partners (joint services), achieving better operational conditions for consortia, involving port costs, cargo moving speed, operational windows, reduction of transit time, among others;- Analysis, planning and proper conduction for the closing of the activities in South America, without financial and / or personal damages to the image of the company / group;

- Responsibility for the expansion, conduction and results of the 9 own offices, from Rio Grande to Manaus, resulting in a doubling of revenue in 3 years and gaining greater visibility in the national and international markets;- Selection, hiring and training of the main teams, leading more than 100 employees; - Creation and implementation of the "Talents" project, which identified, honored and rewarded outstanding professionals, through variable meritocracy-base remuneration packages;- Implementation of marketing and sales strategy, raising brand awareness and obtaining results for regular services, such as: Niver Lines, APL, COSCO, Nordana Lines, GA Lines, Portline, Polish Ocean Lines, CNP, among others;- Conduct, negotiation and elaboration of diverse contracts, having ensured better market conditions to the represented carriers, resulting in commercial and operational performance gains;- Management of annual budgets, market reports and internal and external results for the respective shipowners, ensuring or presenting alternatives to obtain the desired results;- Management and leadership of the processes of quality certification (ISO 9000), enabling the obtainment of new projects and clients; - Monitoring and improvement of computerized systems, developed "in house", which have ensured maximum productivity / quality, with the smallest possible number of employees;

- Responsibility for the conduction and results of the regular/liner services, assuring to the shipowners the necessary information to obtain the goals;- Management of customers, terminals, depots and commercial partners (logistics suppliers, freight forwarders, feeders, warehouses, etc.) ensuring results and quality of the offered services;
