ZigGig is a niche job site engine that will allow for multiple job boards to be launched simultaneously. Each site will attack a different industry and provide the ability for employers, recruiters and job seekers to find each other in an environment targeted to their industry. It combines a best-of-breed feature set that many of the top competitors in this space do not have and will not be able to easily add. While ZigGig is not a social networking site, it does offer a range of intrinsic social networking features inherent to the design that will allow for streamlined communications and unique combination of data point and full text searching for those people posting new jobs as well as those looking for new jobs. ZigGig launched in Beta in February, 2014.

When Solomon Smith Barney sold Robinson Humphrey's to SunTrust, NTSG was engaged to manage the cutover off a set of mission critical applications from the SSB environment to SRH. This included various technologies such as JSP, Cold Fusion, VBA, C++, Lotus Notes. All of these applications were redeveloped and redeployed in to a MS 2000, .NET, SQL 2000 platform. The original cutover was completed in nine months and the subsequent applicatoins as well as new application requirements were ongoing for three years. I hired and managed a large team of software engineers, business analysts, quality assurance analysts, web developers and database admins throughout that process.

Engaged to designed and build a web based multi-tenant fleet automation system that included a desktop logistics dispatch tool, custom web portal by customer, SOA layer for managing business rules and data traffic, and a replicated read only reporting datamart. Provided SLA for two year of additional outsourced development services following initial deployment. . Lead a team of 10 engineers on a two year effort to design, build, and rollout a dealer automation system for Ryder Truck Rental to 3000 dealers nationwide. Received Performance Achievement Award (PAT) from Microbilt and Outstanding Leadership award from Ryder for this project.

Designed and built DOS based software configuration tools for a variety of pre-packaged PC tools.

Developed online teller systems for some of the country's largest banks. These were the first intelligent workstations every deployed for teller system automation in banks.
