SVP in charge of multi-billion dollar Dell online initiatives such as Dell.com, Premier, and various eDell initiatives, etc. Responsibility includes multi-billion dollar direct/matrix revenues, and multi-hundred million dollar budget. Overall GM responsibilities including SEO marketing, GTM sales motions for B2B, budgets, technology direction, executive leadership and communication, etc. Accomplishments include:Responsible GM for multi-billion dollar Premier Business B2B and Online P/L and initiatives. Premier grew in total revenue 20% y/y over the last two years, adding $2.5B in revenue even as much of Dell slowed. This division regularly set Dell records in total epen efficiency, and thus has become increasingly a strategic platform for the company. Increased the business change velocity by 6 fold. Reduced the number/duration of outages. Technical velocity of over 400 project deployments per year across the project portfolio.  Established an investment business model evaluation process and performance measurement system for all investments, including IT and non-IT projects, and evaluated the IRR for all investments. On hard dollar bases alone IRR's over the last two years have surpassed 50% attained. The measurement system is now being adopted throughout Dell, and the financial disciplines have been called "best financial disciplines in Dell" by senior finance department executives. Responsible for the establishment and overall direction of industry leading internal startup called Marketvine. This is a Social Commerce, Marketing Cloud, and Marketing Automation industry leader, with over 20 patents. Also funded and helped direct successful Social Sales force lead gen / CRM automation, and industry leading Social Network Analytics set of capabilities, with over 20 patents. Established innovative Mobility applications, and a set of processes to help accelerate HTML5 Mobile apps in a consistent manner across all the different silo's of the company.
