Also, help users to unlock their accounts and open VPN connections for our vendors to access their servers for maintenance/troubleshooting any of the games on the gaming floor and other systems in the building. • Monitor the NOC room for any issues that would appear on the gaming floor or in the hotel rooms and ask for support from our Network or System Administrator if needed.• Perform an inventory of our current items on a daily basis to prepare for the disposal of out of service equipment by the end of the month.• Documenting all jobs in the Spiceworks' ticketing system keeping track of the time on each assignment, the progress from beginning to the end, and of the replacement parts if need to complete the job.• Researched and presented options to my supervisor on new equipment for current and future replacements of outdated/broken IT equipment.

If not, manually re-scan or type the account information in the correct sections.• Document and copy deposit tickets and checks that were damaged and missing account information, unreadable due to the quality of the text, or unrecognizable account information by the database software.• Accessing my email through Microsoft Outlook online to verify for errors by our clients and to research the cause of the error.• Perform regular maintenance on the scanner that involves: checking for defects on the scan images, cleaning the scanner of dust and ink smudges for quality, and replace the parts that cause the scanner to jam frequently. If not able to fix, report the issue to my supervisor and have the scanner to be replaced.• Other side duties included: being a backup Receiving Teller and scanning all work using an RF scanner via Microsoft Excel 2010 on a Windows 7 computer, restocking of the supply room in our department and properly distributing the rest of the supplies to the other departments. Also using programs like Tera Copy to confirm the computer files transfer properly.• Computer imaging using Acronis Backup 2014 and Norton Ghost 2003.• Troubleshooting problems with the video, as in no images appear from the CRT/LCD monitors and laptop screens, or audio if any sound is coming from the speakers/headphones. For hardware, check the components are working correctly and for software, check the drivers are installed properly and if any of the settings have been turned off.• Before working on the computer, check the license for Windows was up to date and matches a tag on the computer.• From the front desk, receive a checklist of the problems the computer has. Once done, document the findings, solutions, and outcomes as a report to give back to the front desk so they can explain to the client what happen and receive payment.
