About Ronald Scott

As an Intern at CROP, I am passionate about tech equity and expanding employment opportunities for formerly incarcerated individuals in the technology sector. I have been working with the CROP Organization since March 2023, where I also serve as an intern/fellow, learning from and contributing to their mission and vision. I have developed and honed my skills in peer mentoring, coaching, and communication, as well as in mathematics and science, which I studied at Coastline College and graduated with an associate of arts degree in June 2019. I am eager to apply my knowledge, skills, and experience to support and empower others who share similar backgrounds and goals as me, and to make a positive impact in the tech industry and society.
