In the purchase agreement there were stipulations as to performance measurement requirements that had to be met on a quarterly basis. If the performance measurements were not met Monsanto had the option to recover percentages of the IT department and cost. Report directly to Monsanto VP of IT while setting weekly goals of performance for at&t, provide regular status reports throughout the project life cycle to assist management eliminate risks and increase the likelihood of project success
