The effort was carried out with minimal impact to subscribers (less than .3% call-in rate). • Managed a transformational program migrate 2.3M residential telephony subscribers from a legacy telephony and network core platform to a more modern IMS compatible solution. Program ManagerResponsible for technical program management of projects providing new infrastructure for IHG’s next generation Revenue Management System.Significant accomplishments• Delivered new SAS Grid Computing and Visual Analytics platform to provide more robust analytics capability for IHG’s Revenue Management and Price Optimization functions. • Managed buildout of new Oracle Exadata platform, significantly increasing IHG’s computing capacity for its operational data stores and providing IHG with a more robust Tier 1 computing platform. • Buildout of Teradata Platform, providing an additional 24 Terabytes of capacity to IHG’s data warehouse environment. • Build consolidated data feed from the (Oracle-Micros Opera) property management system at each of IHG’s properties.
