Collaborated directly with the VP of Ops Finance to identify $25M in cost savings opportunities and built business cases for new sources of revenue and operating strategies as part of a business transformation team responding to COVID-19. Owned month-end close by identifying accruals and reclasses, summarizing results, and explaining variances to plan. Isolated and analyzed key performance indicators for 12 theme park venues and proposed operational changes designed to increase customer satisfaction, changes which resulted in $6M a year being reallocated to higher performing content.
