As Field Service Technician, I execute onsite installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various technical equipment, including broadband, fibre optics, and wireless devices. I advised on insulation types, benefits, and maintenance to support informed decision-making. My work enhanced system testing and reliability through onsite troubleshooting for transport and access equipment.
