Field Service Representative
CurrentAs a Field Service Representative at Epirus, I provide advanced technical and operational support for High Power Microwave Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (HPM-CUAS). I am responsible for maintaining, sustaining, and training clients on these systems, both in CONUS and OCONUS locations.My role involves:- Maintenance, training, and integration of HPM-CUAS with existing client infrastructure.- Hands-on support for technical, network, and integration projects.- Temporary and permanent installation of HPM-CUAS in diverse environments to support client operations, testing, and New Equipment Training (NET).- Diagnosing faults, conducting system checks, and restoring systems to full functionality.- Basic programming, firmware installation, and system upgrades.- Collaborating with our training and enablement team to develop and deliver training programs for both technical and non-technical users.I work closely with clients and team members, providing solutions and recommendations for equipment improvements based on operational insights. I frequently work in challenging conditions, requiring the use of protective gear and adaptability to extreme environments.
