Supports the project’s production environment. Works closely with other teams both locally and globally, as well as with client representatives, to ensure that the supported applications are operational 24x7. Acts as the primary escalation for the Batch Operations Analysts in their issues and concerns.

Assigned on the wire bonding station of chips. Checking for the quality of the bonded wires on chips and making sure it passed the standard before it proceeds to the next station.
